1. Select a plan to meet your guild’s needs. We offer monthly, semi-annual, and annual subscriptions. The annual package is definitely the most cost effective - you save around $25 with the annual package instead of paying month-by-month - only $34.95 for a whole year.
2. Once you have selected a plan that is suitable for your guild’s budget, you must order it from our secure order form. It will first ask you what you want your subdomain to be - the subdomain is the URL or address where people will go to find your guild’s website (e.g. yourguild.myguildhost.com). If you wish to have your own domain (e.g. yourguild.com),  we offer domains at $15 per year.
3. After picking your preferred subdomain, you will be taken to the general information form. In this form, you must input all your information as accurately as possible to ensure the best possible support for you. Under the billing cycle drop down, select the type of subscription you chose in step one.. monthly, semi-annually, or annually.
4. The next drop down menu will ask you for an optional Ventrilo server. Ventrilo is a Voice Over IP application-much like Teamspeak- that allows you to communicate with your guild, friends or family over an internet connection. Ventrilo is great for organizing raids and interviewing new members for your guild. Our parent company, UGT-Servers, is an officially licensed Ventrilo provider and will be providing the high sound quality ventrilo servers. If you do not want a ventrilo server, please skip to step 6.
5. Slots in Ventrilo Servers are the amount of people your server can hold simultaneously. If your guild has 25 members, you should get a Ventrilo server with at least 25 slots so all your members can communicate with each other when going on raids, etc. You can also choose the location of the ventrilo server - pick the location closest to you and your guild to ensure the lowest possible latency on our premium network. Choosiing a ventrilo server will incur extra charges to your MyGuildHost order.
6. You must now select your payment method. We offer Paypal, Paypal Subscriptions, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. If you choose paypal, we suggest you check the “Use Subscription” box so your subscription is automatically paid when the next due date arrives. If you have a coupon for any of our services, please enter that in the coupon field. Your discount, or special offer, will be applied to your order instantly. The next fields are pretty self-explanatory - please input as much information as you can to ensure an accurate order.
7. Once you have completed the ordering process, your website will be created instantly. In a few minutes you should be receiving an email with the login username, password, and login URL to your custom guild portal website. The first time you login you will be presented with a new user guild website wizard which will assist you in customizing your guild’s website.
